African American Ministries and Baptist Student Ministry are advancing a partnership to reach college students with the Gospel. We want to Show Love & Share Christ to African American college students across the state of Texas. We will do this in 2 ways.

First, we want to strengthen the existing ministry at Texas Southern University, where there is already a full-time director and initial funding to purchase land for a new BSM building. We need partners to give monthly, annual, or one-time gifts to fully fund both the new building and additional BSM workers at Texas Southern.

Second, we want to fund new work at the eight additional Texas Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs): Prairie View A&M University, St. Phillip’s College, Huston-Tillotson University, Texas College, Jarvis Christian University, Wiley College, Southwestern Christian College, and Paul Quinn College.
